I have been going to Edge for almost 6 months. The first week was really tough because I had been pretty inactive for many years but by the end of the first month I was loving it. Missy was GREAT about modifying exercises in the beginning so that I was not overwhelmed but continually challenged me as I got stronger. The Meal Planning class and the Healthy Cooking class were fun and informative. Since starting I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and my blood pressure and cholesterol numbers are back where they are supposed to be. I feel wonderful and I’m so grateful to Missy and the other trainers at Edge!

I could not be happier with the results
I have participated in Edge Body Boot Camp workouts with Missy for over a year and they have done wonders for me. The thing I like most about the workouts is they are varied in length. Some are short and intense and challenged me to do things I didn’t think I could do. The workouts were so much more intense than any jog on the treadmill or hour workout on the elliptical machine. I gained muscle mass and strength, but I also lost weight and gained confidence. I became so much healthier and I could not be happier with the results I received and worked hard to obtain. If you want a great workout but don’t have hours on hand, these are the exact workouts you need in your life.

I have been attending Edge Body for 5 months and I am addicted! Love going every day…the workouts are always focused on different areas and really push you hard. Since joining I have lost weight, lost inches, and gained muscle. Missy and the trainers at Edge Body are great to assist with nutritional information and making sure we truly take care of our muscles & joints. Offers many class times, so there is no reason to ever miss. Can’t imagine ever leaving the Edge Body family that I have gotten to know.

I absolutely love this place. It’s a great facility to work out in with very nice equipment. The staff is extremely friendly, encouraging and fun. The workouts are intense, challenging and rewarding. I’ve had the best physical results after joining Edge Body. I’ve also developed some nice friendships as the members cheer each other on. There are more than just workouts. We participate in group events outside of classes that are educational and enjoyable. There is support for goals and nutrition and they have their own supplements and apparel. There are many optional times to attend class, so there is bound to be one that works for everyone.

I got hooked right away!
The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, they are great with modifying workouts to fit your needs. The atmosphere feels like family, not only do the trainers motivate you, the other members are right there to encourage you to keep working hard as well. I went from dreading going to the gym, to having a hard time taking an off day. I am very happy that I joined EBBC! Awesome for those who are confident in the gym and those that are not. The best things about Edge Body are 1. The People – everyone is friendly and welcoming – no matter what your fitness level everyone is here to encourage each other. 2. The variety – workouts keep you coming back because they’re never the same. As someone who used to do workout videos at home, I got bored with the workouts and hated knowing what was coming next. At Edge Body all you have to do is show up and Missy will tell you what to do and how to do it.

Edge Body Boot Camp is the best workout.
All you have to do us show up. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do or what I should do. The classes are 35-45 minutes and a better workout than I would get on my own in 2 hours! In just 3 weeks I have dropped a size and feel stronger! The instructors are great- both motivating and help to make sure that I am doing the exercise correctly. I would highly recommend to anyone!

After deciding that I needed a major lifestyle change, I was fortunate to be paired with Missy Henry, a personal trainer at a local fitness facility. Her enthusiasm for and knowledge of her chosen profession was obvious. My goals became her goals. I was determined to meet her expectations because they matched my own. She pushed and encouraged with such heart that I not only achieved success but continue to reap the benefits of her coaching. I have never before or to this day met a trainer with so much energy, fun and passion. Missy positively impacts the very atmosphere of her workout environment. I am in the best shape of my life.
As cliché as it may sound, I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Missy and Edge Body Boot Camp Omaha. After only a couple months of working with Missy, I could notice a huge change in my energy level, strength, and most importantly, overall health. I used to have back and neck pain, but Missy taught me specific stretches and workouts to help strengthen those areas. I’m happy to say I am pain free and feeling amazing. Missy and her trainers knows exactly when to push you throughout a workout, getting your best effort every time without being overbearing. I literally haven’t lifted weights since high school, but because Missy constantly mixes up the workout routines to make it fun and fast-paced, I am addicted to our sessions. With her high education and vast experience in the field, Missy can train people of all fitness levels. She has become a great friend of mine, and I can’t recommend her enough.

Everyone is very nice and motivational. The atmosphere is fun and the gym is clean! This was exactly what my husband and I needed to get ourselves back on track with working out daily. Happy to be part of Edge Body Boot Camp Omaha!
Edge Body Boot Camp Omaha is a great new gym! The boot camp classes are fresh and new everyday. We are doing full body workouts that are hitting all muscle groups. Missy and team challenges us everyday motivating us to do the best we can. I’m far from fit and some parts of workouts I am not ready for, but the beauty of these classes is that every movement can be modified to fit each individual. Missy makes sure each person feels successful at each and every workout. I love that even though I may be the last to finish a workout, the others are cheering me on and encouraging me to finish. It feels great and I look forward to each day and workout. That is a HUGE thing for me because I struggled before to be consistent with exercise.

Edge Body Boot Camp makes it convenient.
I’ve never worked out this consistently in my life, but Edge Body Boot Camp makes it convenient with 7 different class times to choose from. As a busy mom, I love the short duration/high intensity format. You get in and out quickly, but you always get a great workout. I thought it would get easier over time, but I’m just getting stronger and pushing myself harder. The trainers are encouraging and the environment is positive. There are people at all fitness levels and it doesn’t matter. Everyone works hard and goes at their own pace. We cheer each other on and commiserate when we come in sore the next day! Try it!

I was an athlete in high school and college, and never was a fan of the typical gym environment. Edge Body provides an energetic atmosphere with high intensity exercises that change daily and keep the workouts interesting. Love this place!!!
I had successfully lost 25 pounds through diet and exercise, but I was getting bored with my workouts. I wanted to build muscle and find something more challenging that offered a variety of workouts. I had driven by Edge Body several times as it’s close to my home. The workouts are fantastic and I’ve noticed a change in my muscle tone, strength and endurance. I love the environment. It’s fun, friendly and supportive. I look forward to the daily workouts and am bummed when I miss one!

I have been a member of Edge Body Boot Camp since April 2015. I can’t imagine not being a member there. Missy is so welcoming and truly an inspiration. There are people working out at all different fitness levels at all times and Missy is always mindful of that and offers modifications to most moves to accommodate everyone. I have lost weight, inches and gained muscle mass. I am stronger, fitter and doing classes that I probably couldn’t have done in my 20’s. I leave there after a workout feeling less stressed and more exhilarated looking forward to the next workout. I do not believe I would exercise or push myself nearly as much if it weren’t for Missy. This has made working out an enjoyable, challenging, and a rewarding experience for me.

The workouts are creative and challenging, and the instructors are enthusiastic and encouraging. The classes have a wide variety of age & fitness levels and the instructors offer options based on ability, but continually challenge us to go farther. And the people who attend the class are really friendly which makes the work out even more enjoyable.eed help to push yourself without breaking yourself (or the bank). This is the place to be!

The trainers are motivational and supportive. I feel comfortable going and don’t feel judged when I struggle with the work outs, they can be pretty intense! There is always a new work out so things stay fresh and you don’t get bored of doing the same routine. It’s a great place to go for those looking to get into shape and for those that are looking to maintain or build.

Easily the best gym in Omaha.
The staff and facilities are amazing. You get a high intensity workout in a short period of time without the normal intimidating atmosphere of a crossfit or similar gym. Everyone is friendly and it feels more like a family atmosphere.

I have yet to get bored.
