Edge Body Boot Camp Omaha was founded to be the premier transformation center in Omaha. We’re more than a fitness facility. We’re a community that empowers people to take charge of their health and well-being through fitness. We believe that conquering your limiting beliefs and taking action for a healthier, stronger and more confident life can become a true mindset shift that will last a lifetime. As coaches we are going to give you what you need, but make you laugh and make sure you have some fun along the way!!

Our classes include strength and conditioning workouts that will challenge you, but are fit for all abilities! We are dedicated to creating an environment that sets you up for success, supports you and most importantly MOTIVATES you!
Our Group Boot Camps will help you take your workout to the next level as they provide a high intensity challenge for people of all levels and abilities. Each workout is different which keeps each class exciting while also helping to avoid training plateaus that often occur when someone is sticking to the same routine over and over. The group atmosphere creates a close-knit community feel that encourages each member forward while they hold eachother accountable.
Since everything is modifiable to your fitness level, our Group Boot Camps are ongoing and don’t run in “sessions.” You can start at anytime and members never have to worry about sessions ending and waiting for a new one to begin. Plus, there are always a ton of class times to choose from. So whatever class time you come to, we have a strength and conditioning workout designed to fit your needs!
Want a private training environment with 100% of the trainers focus on you? Our one-on-one personal training service is exactly what you’re looking for. This type of training can also be a great option for people who don’t yet feel comfortable joining a group atmosphere or would like some extra instruction before transitioning into our Boot Camp workouts.
Working with a personal trainer allows you to gain familiarity with exercise names, form and proper equipment use that can help boost confidence and increase the likelihood of sticking to an exercise program, thus helping you reach your health and fitness goals. This private setting also allows the individual’s unique needs and concerns to be addressed almost immediately.
Do you have a new goal you want to shoot for? Want to run a 5k, but you don’t know how to start training for it? Have you been lifting for a while, but want to focus a little more on your back squat or pull-ups? Or do you not live in Omaha??
Custom programming can be a great option for you! These programs will give you a plan and workouts to help you focus on these specific goals you have, while also still performing your normal fitness routine. These programs include workouts or specific exercises designed to fit into your existing fitness routine to help you achieve a specific goal or provide you an entire routine to follow if you previously had nothing.
Our Individualized Nutrition Coaching program is the ideal option for people who are looking to analyze, heal, and improve their relationship to food. This one-on-one approach is perfect for those of you who are looking to get expert, honest, positive, and supportive guidance to reach your fitness goals. Eating for longevity, health, and improved body composition can be delicious, fulfilling, and a completely life changing habit that can stay with you for a lifetime – if it’s done right. We believe in providing our individualized nutrition coaching clients with everything they need to succeed which includes high quality supplements to aid in recovery and performance.
Food intake changes, ingredient substitutions, added supplements . . . all of this may sound complicated but it can actually be quite effortless and exciting when you’re coached along the way. We’re currently accepting new clients and offers various appointment times and options for individualized nutritional coaching.
