MISSY HENRY, MS, CSCS, ACSM EP-C
OWNER, NUTRITION COACH
Missy was born and raised in Omaha. Her passion for health and exercise was cultivated through her years as an athlete; soccer and softball being her main sports. As a long time personal trainer and strength coach, Missy opened Edge Body in December of 2014. She was also a full-time faculty member in the department of Health, Physical Education & Recreation (HPER) at the University of Nebraska Omaha (UNO), teaching undergraduate Exercise Science courses from the Fall of 2011 to the Spring of 2016. Missy and her husband Rob, welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Sawyer, in May of 2016.

TERRANCE SMITH, BS
Terrance was born and raised in Omaha, NE with 3 brothers (Marlon, Kevin and Ki’Arre) and 3 sisters (Ahsine’t, Brilynne and Alyssa). Occasionally he volunteers as an assistant wrestling coach at Omaha Central where he attended high school. He’s a huge sports fanatic with the favorite sport being football and yes, he’s a Cornhusker fan, GO BIG RED!!!
Terrance graduated from UNO with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in Aug. of 2016. He completed his internship hours with Edge Body and has been a member of the team almost from the beginning! He has a passion for proper form/technique and mobility, as well as AMAZING dad jokes!

BETH SMITH, BS, CSCS
Beth is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist by the NSCA and a 200 hour certified yoga teacher. She received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in Kinesiology and Health Promotion in 2015. Beth has worked in both personal training studios and gyms, working with clients one on one and in small groups settings. Beth is also a certified nutrition consultant and is currently pursuing more nutrition certifications.
Beth and her husband have four children, Ainsley, Kellen, Holden and Presley. Free time consists of squeezing in a quick workout. She enjoys watching Husker football till Kentucky basketball starts, Go Cats!
Kyle joined our team in April 2018, but has been coaching for over a decade!
He grew up in mid town Omaha, going to Omaha Roncalli, and never left! People would say that he’s a very stress free, laid back person. Kyle enjoys seeking out physical and mental challenges and always trys to look at things and situations from different perspectives to insure efficiency. He loves being in the fitness space and can’t imagine doing anything else with his life. His main goal, whether it’s working with people in a group or 1-on-1 setting, is helping them build a better life through health, exercise and mobility!
