The average class length is 40-45 minutes. The workouts vary in length but are always challenging for all fitness levels!
Nope! Our members can attend ANY of the class times that work for them. We understand that everyone has a busy schedule and your time is valuable. We offer multiple class times throughout the day and 7 days a week in order to fit our members’ needs. We have 43 classes through the week and if you’re feeling really ambitious, you can even come to multiple classes a day!
Sure don’t! We offer Boot Camp membership options that are month-to-month and discounted 12-month partnerships. You can also pay to just drop in for a class. Do I have to pay initiation or sign-up fees? What about cancellation fees when paying month-to-month?

Absolutely! Getting healthy is great but getting healthy with your partner is straight up awesome!
Just throw on your favorite workout clothes and come on in to class! We have a water station available, but several members bring their own water bottle. No need to bring in headphones, sweat towels or any other equipment- we’ve got you covered!
