WHAT ARE CUSTOM WORKOUT PROGRAMS?
These programs are designed to help you achieve specific performance and/or weight loss goals customized to your needs.
These programs include workouts or specific exercises designed to fit into your existing fitness routine to help you achieve a specific goal. An existing Edge Body member could use these more personalized programs to supplement their boot camp class workouts. Have you always wanted to run a 5k? Or push yourself to do an Ironman? Maybe you have hit a plateau with your bench press and want to increase your strength. We focus on 3 areas- lifestyle (sleep, stress mgmt.), nutrition and training when writing a customized workout program for you. Using this method, we can help you achieve the goals you have in mind.
