The front squat is a great squat variation to throw into your fitness routine. It changes up the load and helps us activate muscles differently than in the traditional back squat. Squatting in general requires impeccable form, and the front squat is no different. The front squat also requires that we have much more mobility in the wrist, shoulder and upper back than other forms of squatting.
