Learning technique can get frustrating at times, especially when you feel like there are so many new exercises to learn. All exercises, however, are built on a foundation of movements. Then more advanced exercises simply combine movements.
The foundation of movements:
So take a wall ball. Great example of combining a squat and a press. So instead of focsuing on learning the wall ball as a “new” exercise, instead focus on squatting and pressing properly. Then your skill builds from there!
