Don’t worry you don’t have 50 burpees! There are a ton of versions of this workout, but this one is one you can do at home with ZERO equipment!
Perform 50 reps of each of the following. Must complete one exercise before moving onto the next:
- Tuck Jumps
- Leg Lifts
- Lunges (total)
- Mt. Climers each leg
- Russian Twist each side
For an added challenge do your lunges on each leg instead of total and/or repeat the list twice!
