This one has been a long time coming. Jacquie this shout-out goes to you!
Otherwise known as the gym mom, Jacquie comes to class and busts her butt each and every time. She has worked through numerous injury limitations that life threw at her and her inital frustrations that in her words she “couldn’t do everything” that others could. Well not only did the other coaches and I see a change in her in 2016, I’ve noticed even more improvement both mentally and physcially in her the last couple months. She is showing others that just because you may not be an athlete, doesn’t mean that you can’t achieve the best fitness level of your life. AND continue to become more fit each and every day.
Like other beginners, Jacquie was nervous to start , nervous of what others would think. But she quckly learned that that’s how most people feel when joining a group fitness class. She is always up for anything, the life of the party! This is what she brings to class. She rocks out the exercises the best she can and will never stop until the workout is over. Never the person to skip out on some reps, even if she is the last one going.
Like many people, she has had her share of weight loss ups and downs, but ultimately she never gives up. When she’s off track for a month or so, she knows how to kick it back in gear toward her long-term goals. For the month of December Jacquie is down 12 pounds AND she accomplished a long-time goal of finally attempting a banded pullup! So proud of all that she has accomplished and all the goals she will smash in the future!!!
Jacquie is one of my favorite people in the whole world. She is a great friend with a huge heart. I am very proud of the effort that she is putting in to improve her physical and mental health. Keep it up!!!
