Alright guys! Take a look around. What equipment do you have available? What space do you have? Are you at home, a hotel, a family member’s house?? Now- pick some exercises that you can do based on the answers to these questions. (I picked some below to help you out! Make changes as needed.)
This workout is about pairing exercises together that will challenge you! Switch every 30 seconds back and forth. Try to get as many reps as possible and switch quickly to keep that HR up! Perform each set of exercises 4x before going to the next set.
