Jen has only been a member with us for a couple months and what a difference in her confidence and performance in the gym! This mom came to us wanting to fit in exercise into her busy routine and she had not previously been doing any form of strength training. This past week I was amazed at what I saw!
This girl was eagerly adding more weight onto the barbell for back squat and didn’t hesitate challenging herself by grabbing a heavier KB. She glanced at me and laughed a couple times saying, “I think this will take me forever to finish!”. But she finished every one of the reps, challenging her own physcial and mental strength. Jen was going to town on the rower and taking far fewer breaks than she did when she started with us. I was in aww of the strength increases she has made in such a short period of time.
My favorite part has been seeing the smile on her face as she conquers new things in each workout. Jen has easily increased her back squat by 40 pounds since joining! Such a great edition to our fit family!! We are so proud of you Jen- one strong mama!!!
