100 Reps of Fun! – At Home & On The Go Workout Series

Here’s a good challenge that can be done anywhere!

Perform 10 rounds for time of:
– 10 Lunges (each leg)
– 10 Burpees
– 10 Lemon Squeezers
– 10 Pushups 

*That’s right, if you did the math… 100 reps of each!! 🙂
