If you’ve been with Erin in class you would remember. LOL. Her lively, upbeat personality will make you smile whether its 5am or 5pm. As she stated last week, “We’re all on this exercise train together!” Yep, that’s Erin !!
Erin has made great strides since joining EBBC. She is jumping to higher boxes, moving quicker in the workouts and benching more weight (whether she believes this last one or not!). One of the things I love most about this girl though, is her no excuses attitude. So, I thought she would be a perfect spotlight during our Holiday Weight Loss/Maintenance accountability challenge. Happy hour with co-workers or friends? No worries, she’ll get up to make a 5am class. Normal schedule? You’ll see her at the 4:30pm class every day. Hair appt? That’s right, she’ll be back in the morning. Traveling? She’ll post a photo of an “Edge” workout she did in the hotel fitness center. She even took her young dancers through a workout in a class she teaches. One way or another she is going to fit in exercise because it has become a part of her routine.
She is also starting to figure out Nutrition a bit more. Even if work does bring in catering every day :)… Like several other members, she may joke around about the workouts and think, “How the heck am I gonna get through this??”. But then she does the work. It is also great to see her push herself and partner up with people that she knows are going to move quickly in the workout. It has paid off greatly, as she was able to run the Edge Body Pump and Run 5k back in October. (Even if she may have paused a couple times for some selfies!).
Erin, thanks for all the hard work you put in in class! It has been awesome coaching you and seeing you get stronger each day! (Your comic relief is also a plus hahahahah)
Above you can see her rocking out a workout a couple weekends ago on the left and running in the Pump & Run on the right.
