Long overdue shout-out, cause this lady kicks a**!
Jen has been a member for a little over a year…what?!?! Where does the time go? Not only has she lost pounds and inches along the way, she gained some things. Things like improved strength, workout performance, and improved knee pain to name a few. One of my favorite things is the way Jen describes Edge Body and the workouts. It’s her “me” time. Her “now I can deal with everything else” time. Her “I need this” time.
What I love most about Jen’s journey, is that it is not over. No one’s health journey is really ever over. She was nervous about having to take a break for a medical procedure a couple months back. “How am I going to miss 3 weeks in a row!” she asked. Everyone knows what it feels like to have to come back to workouts after you’ve missed. Sometimes the feeling ain’t pretty. She not only came back guns blazing, but looked as if she hadn’t taken any time off at all. That’s the power of making a lifestyle change. Making healthy choices the majority of the time can help set you up for all of life’s littler curve balls.
Jen and I agree on many things and one of them is running. Stop sign runs were never her favorite thing, but here she is rocking out Friday’s workout. I was so pumped to find out that she ran every one of the stop sign runs in this workout. AND even more pumped to find out that she had not been able to do that before. Get it girl!!
So proud of everything you continue to accomplish every day. We are so lucky to have you as a part of our Fit Family. Never stop pushing yourself!!
