Erich Jones wanted a change. Wanted to feel better. Wanted better health. So he did something about it!
Erich lost 50 pounds after being a member at Edge Body for 5 months! Then he continued to chisel off another 10-20 pounds around the start of 2016. His performance in the gym has skyrocketed and his health has greatly improved due to his commitment to his workouts and nutrition. I mean, this dude was strong to begin with and now he is just a beast!! He is able to be more active with his young son and continue to serve our community as an Omaha Police Officer.

What was the main problem you struggled with before joining (or your main reason for wanting to make a change)?
The main problem I struggled with before joining Edge, was my weight and physical appearance. I was tired of looking and feeling terrible all of the time and wanted a change.
Were there any reservations about getting started at Edge Body Boot Camp? Anything that held you back?
I had no reservations about joining. I knew I had to make a change to get the results I wanted.
What were some of the benefits, both physically and mentally that you gained since beginning training at Edge Body Boot Camp?
The main benefits for me have been the huge weight loss and feeling better about my physical appearance. I’ve progressed a lot since joining over a year ago and I’m able to do so much more physically.
How did training here help you achieve these results? What was different about the process at EBBC that really resonated with you?
The training at Edge has been phenomenal! Every day is something new and that has been great in helping my body not getting used to a routine. The staff at Edge has been very supportive and made me feel welcomed all the time.
What do you like about working with our coaches? What types of relationships did you build with the coaches and other members?
The coaches are very personable. Everyone knows each other’s names and we all like to joke around with each other. The coaches get to know you well and know how to motivate and push you to get the most out of you during the workouts.
Would you recommend training at Edge Body Boot Camp to others that are currently in the position that you were in before you started with us? If so, why?
I would definitely recommend EBBC to others. It’s a great atmosphere with great people that have like-minded goals. You shouldn’t have any hesitations or reservations when it comes to joining. Just make the decision to get your health back!
