During your free one-on-one training session, you’ll:
- Meet with one of our experienced coaches to create an actionable and effective plan to help you achieve your unique health and fitness goals in a way that’s fun, engaging, and effective.
- Experience a one-on-one workout and movement assessment tailored to your fitness level.
- Get to understand what the Edge Body Boot Camp culture is all about, and most importantly to see if it’s right for you.
